TV was broken, but it didn't affect the overall stay. Dodgy lock on the door, but staff were helpful in resolving the issue.

A bathtub in the bathroom. Close to the airport, 25 min drive. We liked Kinkell House so we would stay there again.

A convenient location for those needing to visit Raigmore hospital, with easy access to the city. the hotel offers peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well, equipped with modern en, suite bathrooms. the hotel staff provides excellent service and is very accommodating, even in short notice situations. the on, site restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance and tasty meals, although it is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. the hotel also has comfortable public rooms to relax in and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location! the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. the hotel's key location, just off a main road, provided a peaceful and quiet environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy sitting rooms, where we could relax by the fire.

Breakfast was not included due to a kitchen issue, and there was no prior notification. we noticed a few maintenance issues, such as a broken TV and a faulty door lock.
